I have been shopping with DD for a while. As others have mentioned, they have great clothes that are reasonably price. However, shipping is slow and returning merchandise is worse. Takes forever to receive an order. This last order I had to reach out to them. They always copy the same message about their shipping policy. Returns are worse. My last return has yet to be processed and my tracking receipt states it was delivered 6 days ago. Reached out to DD, recd message that they can process returns up to 14 days and shared their return policy. Wow! Do we get 14 days to pay for merchandise when order is placed?
Obviously DD is not reading these reviews! As others have stated, we have way too many online boutiques to choose from. Not to mention, their personalities are over the top. All models must practice the same, fake smile and personalities before filming. I have to turn volume off to watch any live presentation!

I have had good experiences up until now. I guess the return policy has changed. If it is on any kind of sale or discount you can’t return. I thought it was only the final sale items that could not be returned. Here is what I found after buying jeans and I am unable to return them.
RETURN POLICY:

Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange! This includes sale items, items purchased with coupon codes, Deal of the Day items, etc.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We find the least expensive option to be USPS First Class with tracking.

All return/exchange packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the date that your order was delivered to you.

PLEASE NOTE: If returning shoes please ensure they are returned in the shoe box they came in. The shoe box itself can not be used as the shipping container. Please wrap or package the shoe box in a mailer/box to protect it from damage during the shipping process.

i have loved all the items i ordered from Discount Divas but i need to echo the other reviews that warn about shipping delays. i doubt i will order much from them in the future because it takes so long to get items shipped that i usually have forgotten why i even wanted them by the time they arrive i feel like they're just unconcerned with the actual shipping of items and only focused on the selling and the sizing is so questionable that the live clips never ever give a clear size table they talk so fast and usually im left feeling like they are saying "size down or up , we don't care ". but the items are nice once they ever show up.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! To many boutiques to buy from to deal with the shenanigans they offer!! It takes 2 months to receive your merchandise but the new thing now is every other item u purchase, they r issuing a credit because they don't have enough inventory!!! Why r u selling stuff u don't have inventory for?!,! I dont want a store credit, it's not my fault u don't have the inventory that u r charging people for!! Give people their money back when it is your error!!!! People do not waste your time!!!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

I love the items I ordered from this boutique. However, the shipping time is ridiculous. Took close to 3 weeks for them to ship an order I placed with them. I’ve shopped a lot of boutiques and they get my items out within 2-3 days after order has been placed. Customer service is lacking. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be shopping from them again.

First, I really LOVE Discount Divas, as I have purchased MANY, MANY beautiful pieces of quality clothing. Unfortunately, the items that they've been selling over the last year have been quite hideous. I'm hoping they get a new buyer, because I would love to purchase from them again. And it pains me to read about their customer service, because their customer service was always on point! I'm hoping the reviews help them DO BETTER!

I have been a customer for a long time. The shipping delays are awful now. It didn’t used to be this way. A preorder shipped before my other items, which weren’t preorder items. Growth, sometimes, is hard. You have to get this figured out, though. The customer service, while they’re friendly, they aren’t helpful.

Seen this shop all over Instagram and since they're here in the US, I figured I would try. Read the return policy just in case and went from there. Ordered a pair of pants that I wanted to exchange. Follow the instructions for returns and it took TWO business weeks to get a $20 credit for the store, which doesn't begin to cover the cost of the returned item (26) or the money I spent shipping it back (15). Don't bother with this place unless you live close enough to return in person. Feels like they basically stole my money.
