Came in for new tires for my wife’s new truck these young men were absolutely fantastic great price on 4 new tires and very quick service even they were packed out the door. The place to go in Enid if you need tires!!

This us very hard for me because I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 30 years and praise them and recommend them to everyone. Tonight my daughter needed a tire, the person she spoke with got her a quote and I went to get it for her. He asked me the size, I told him 255 60R17. He rang it up, I paid and he went to get the tire. As I waited I realized the receipt showed the wrong size tire. When he came out I told him the receipt showed the wrong size and I wanted to make sure which one he had. He had the one marked on the receipt. I explained that was not the right size. I even showed him the picture of the tire we were replacing with the size on it. He said the one he brought me would be less than a 1/4 of an inch WIDER and it would work. In reality it is NOT wider its TALLER. This wrong size tire, which could have been switched out while I was right there now has to be taken back and now several people are having to miss work and kids missing school. I have never been more disappointed in a tire store. Very sad.

Spent 3 hours after making an appointment, let me know 3 hours into it they couldn't do the alignment because they couldn't loosen the bolts on my vehicle. Made sure to try to upsale me on everything else. Will not be coming back just take the car to real mechanics. Even told me that a real mechanic could fix the issue... like why offer a service if you can't operate the service

Also told me the balancing would be 29.99 but then charged me 98 and told me it was per tire after it was done and after they made me wait 3 hours this place is feeling like a scam to me
