Lisa & her staff are AMAZING! I went in there for a tux & really didn’t know what I wanted. They walked me through the different options & made me feel comfortable with my decision. When the tux came in it fit great & I was very happy & excited for my upcoming event! Thank you for all your help steering me through the process… I will definitely go back & highly recommend them to anybody looking for formal wear! They have an amazing inventory of Pendleton products too!

They were the best! They helped get a tuxedo at the last minute and were very nice and worked very cooperatively with me. My experience there was well pleased and the atmosphere was very calm. They also offered a decent variety of things that fit my size and were extremely helpful when I needed something else.

Never have I been so pleased with customer service! I went in to doubletree because I was looking for a wedding gown and the girl I spoke to was Shelley. She was very nice and I had a ton of questions and she answered them all not with the bare minimum answers but she was very descriptive. I will be going to them for my entire wedding party attire now as well as to the flower and cake lady she recommended. This store is top notch and has so much more than I expected. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Shelley!

We had an issue regarding our initial appointment to buy a Pendleton blanket which was promptly resolved by the owner. She actually came in after hours to sell us the blanket we scheduled to purchase that day. Thanks, we love our new Pendleton!

We chose Doubletree Boutique as the provider of the tuxes for our wedding because of all the wonderful reviews, HOWEVER, when I called to schedule an appointment with an employee, she tried to say I shouldn't trust her with measuring all the groomsman, but she could make the appointment "if you really want me to." We were considering going to another shop at this point, but against our better judgement decided that all the employees would not be so rude and booked anyway. We showed up for the appointment, and a new employee who was not yet trained in measuring for tuxes was the only one working, AND our appointment had NEVER been written down on the books! Mind you, I triple checked the date/time prior to just showing up. Turns out the employee I had previously worked with was fired (to no ones surprise). We were told that tuxes would arrive 1-2 weeks before the wedding to make sure everyone had ample time to go in, try them on, and make any necessary alterations. However, I was just informed that they will only arrive THREE DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING which is out of town, giving us only one option; to have everyone go in the day they arrive so that alterations are completed the next day for everyone to leave. Except we are one week from the wedding and it is too late for everyone to ask for more time off to go within the awfully short business hours listed. Will NEVER use them again. Very Unprofessional.
