This is a great sleeve! I wear it all the time to protect me against the sun when I'm doing all types of outdoor activities. It's great for running, basketball, hiking, tennis, and yoga. I love my new sleeves! They are so comfortable and easy to put on! I love all the fun colors they have as well. I bought the pink one..so cute! I use mine when driving. My left arm and hand is showing some dark spots so I had to do something about it. I always carry them in my purse. Great buy!
