The worst pharmacy I've ever been to....and I tried to give them chance after chance. Ever since Carl and Linda left it's been absolutely horrible. Save yourself the hassle of their dishonest and extremely unorganized business practices. They are TrUly the worst pharmacy in town.

Pharmacy clerk treated me with rude demeanor yesterday morning and this morning. I needed to pick up the remainder of my meds of which i paid for and whatever woman running the window treated me rudely. I needed to go out of town to help my mom for 4 or 5 days whom got diagnosed with breast cancer and i needed to pick up tge remainder of my meds. She was very rude in telling me they dont have them in stock again. So niw i have to wait to get to my mom. It wasnt the delay that was so much the issue it was her demeanor. Towards me. If youbhave to be rude to people go work at mcdonalds i will he switching to rx shoppe after today. This pharmacy has gone severly downhill since Carl and the good crew left.

I use to love this place but the last few months my script hasn't been filled when I go pick it up2 days later (to give them enough time to fill it). And this last time I gave them 6 days, still wasn't refilled and then when one was missing and they couldn't find it until later and said they would refill it that Thursday. Went to pick it up Monday and they still didn't have it filled. Friendly staff, but I'm switching to RX Shoppe. They at least text me and let me know when my script is ready to pick up.

I love the friendly, caring staff at Drive-in Pharmacy. Their service is fast and they go out of the way to help you with any questions you might have. I like the fact that this is a locally owned pharmacy and not a chain.

I am so disappointed in this pharmacy called in sons insulin refill he is on 2 kinds they filled the wrong one so called Dr to send prescription to pick up before weekend well here we are no long lasting insulin for 2 nights asked what would happen if he missed said sugar would go up we are about 5 minutes away but she said they close in 2 minutes and she was sorry see me monday.under circumstances if really cared.for customers would know how important this medication is to my sons heath I called 4 days early to get insulin not my fault they filled wrong one and yes they will see me Monday but not ever again it has been one mistake after the other . Calling wrong Dr for refills he is now and for past 6 months been under Dr in grove but this latest mistake is big one so Carl's here we come

I always have a great experience here! If you like those small town Drug Stores this is the place for you! They are as faster than Wal-Mart. Plus they have outside wait area and will wave at you when yours is done! Can't get any better than that. I love this place always have.

More of an old school pharmacy, fully staffed and customer service is a priority. Not your chain store garbage that refused to fill therapeutics during the pandemic.
