My sister and I had THEE BEST TIME at the Hoover, AL Duluth Trading Company today! Store manager, "Chase" Stephen Chase, asked if we needed any help, educated us, and humored us, two 70something gray-haired ladies. He is an amazing asset to the organization and it was a marvelous blessing chatting with him. He deserves a raise!
PS - Duluth Trading Company should consider opening a store in Wyoming, home to hunters, fishermen/women, summer and winter sports fans, and people needing great underwear.

Absolutely love Duluth Trading Company, love it even more when we find a brick and mortar store. The store is nicely laid out and bright. The staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and helpful. Today they were having a 30% off sale which made shopping even more fun. The selection was awesome.

All the employees were very helpful and polite. I have been using Duluth products for many years. They offer a wide variety of durable clothing. Probably the most comfortable jeans you will ever own.

LOVE Duluth! This store seems to have a bigger selection of miscellaneous items than the others I’ve been to. Also the staff here is friendlier than the last one I went to.
The stores are always clean, well laid out and well stocked.
While you can order anything they have online, being able to actually see, touch and try on the merchandise makes it worth the trip for me. I’ll be back!!

Went in on a whim, having only ordered online in the past. It made a huge difference to see things in person, of course try them on, and found a few items I'd not even considered until going in. Staff is wonderful, very attentive and helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.

The manager, I unfortunately don't remember her name, also tried to find a pair of pants that had been discontinued for me just in case another store had them. I'll be making many trips back to this location in the future.
