Bought a $800 recliner with a “lifetime” warranty, broke after 6 months and they said they couldn’t honor the warranty, so now I’m stuck with a broken chair. They definitely lost a customer.

Yeah, I'm that dude that just walked through and left. Why the hell are mattress prices so damn high? Im just millennial and a veteran just trying to get good sleep, but yall wanna price that at what 2 paychecks and a disability check gets me. When in reality it cost like 75$-150$ for all materials and labor to make ANY of those mattresses. Pathetic.

We were looking for a new couch & wanted to shop local, so we went into Dunlop Furniture early one Saturday morning. It was our first time going into the store & upon entering, my first impression was, "Wow!" Wow, it's a big store with a LoT of beautiful furniture!

We were welcomed by Tony, who was great! We told him what we wanted & he showed us our options. He helped us choose a gorgeous couch & coffee table. He was honest, informative & knowageable, answering our questions about the merchandise & financing. He was professional & just generally Nice!
Processing the paperwork for the financing was a breeze: smooth, easy & it didn't take a lot of time.

Because we preferred new furniture rather than the floor model, we didn't mind placing an order & waiting a few weeks. It arrived sooner than expected, however, which was nice!

They called to arrange a delivery date & time. Then they called the night before, providing a more accurate time frame of their arrival.
Richard & Tyler arrived at the early side of that time frame: right on time!

They removed my old furniture & then set up my new couch & coffee table. They also showed me how everything worked. They insured I was satisfied with everything, which I really appreciated. They were both professional, friendly & very nice!

***The overall experience with everyone at Dunlop Furniture was nothing short of outstanding! They're all awesome people & a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend giving them your business! They won't disappoint! I want to purchase some end tables & a kitchen table, so I will definitely be returning to their store.

Love this place...Tony and Daniel are the best!! Stopped in Friday to pick up a box spring. Had no idea they had such high quality furniture at such reasonable prices!! As soon as we stepped in the door we received a warm welcome. No sales pressure at all. We went back the next day and Mom ended up buying a beautiful and very comfortable sectional sofa, dining room bench and a TV stand. Did I mention the prices are amazing!!! I will be back in the area in a few weeks and will be purchasing more for our “House in the Trees” in nearby Railroad Flat!
