I have to say this was the best customer service I have had in years. We had 3 people helping us when we walked in the door and helped us find everything we needed. Amazing store. Had a lot of items for such a small place. We will definitely be back. I appreciate great customer service because most stores don’t have it any longer.

The experience I had really warrants a review. I'm not sure if it was the owner helping me, but he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed, and quickly and efficiently explained their rewards, and even helped me to the truck with my two bulky items. Not a level of service I'm used to, but one I could definitely GET used to. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

This ACE location is nowhere near my house, but I won’t go to any other hardware store. Everyone is ALWAYS so nice and the store is neat and organized. Keep it up!
