Such a fantastic shop! I was passing through town and bought a pair of earrings that were gorgeous and perfectly priced. Unfortuntely, I lost one of the earrings. I reached out to the shop and Jennifer found another pair for me and shipped them to my home in lessthan a week. Such wonderful customer service! Than you!

Let me start by saying that I've been in retail/customer service most of my life. Its a real beautiful skill to do it from the point of view of a compassionate listener.

The ring I wanted wasn't available in my size. I wrote to ask if it would be coming back in stock. I received a lovely note from Jennifer within a few hours. She offered to contact me when it was available again. Sure enough a few weeks later she emailed me to say it was in. The best customer service! Personal, a human to human interaction.

My beautiful spinner ring is even prettier in person! I intend to incorporate spinning it while repeating the mantra
Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ......
When you chant mantras your mind releases the positive energy that decreases the negative thoughts or stress.

Not only is this little boutique adorable and full of fabulous pieces, the owner is terrific to do business with. I purchased a necklace there several months ago and it did not meet my expectations. I hesitated to try to return it because I had no receipt. After explaining my issue, I was given a full refund, no questions asked. This speaks highly of their business practice and the owner couldn't have been nicer.

Love this shop 🙂 they always have the cute little outdoorsy studs and necklaces in sterling silver that I’m looking for. Went back for the second time today and again had the friendliest interaction with the staff.
