I had a problem with 2 diffusers I purchased last year. spoke to Emily, she most knowledge, sweetest kindest , she treated me like family , the greatest experience I've had with a retail managerial experience that she has... hence , you can't train someone to be as sincere, listened, gosh I can't say enough , another thing that stood out to me was the fact that Emily had explained to her associate what was going on . One hand knew what the other was doing , very impressed and I will remember her , her name . if I was still in business I would have offered her a position with my company... I must say again ..impressed, impressed.way to go custermer service!!!

Came here looking for last minute outfits to an event, and Cat was an absolute angel the entire time. She was so patient and helpful while I tried on different pieces and helped me first the perfect accessories. Loved the help and selection in store!

I do always like coming in here there's some things I'd rather not buy because of the way that they're produced. But I'm usually treated well when I come in it's always clean and smells good and tidy. I've gotten lots of my Christmas gifts from here and I would definitely recommend you do the same just take some time. The workers have great customer service and they pay attention to whoever needs help they'll come and help you carry things if need be or whatever it may be, they're so kindly recommend.

This review is not for the store but for Earthbound as a company. I won’t ever shop at Earthbound again I spent $20 on a pack of studded earrings and they tarnished after wearing them for only a week , I also bought two Aura beaded bracelets that reflect off of light that i thought were really cute one braclet the string was already sticking out and I only wore it a week also it broke yesterday off me throwing a ball into the air the bracelet just broke. I purchased 2 12.99 (doesn’t include tax) plus the $18.99 packing of earrings (doesn’t include tax) and you add up the math of how much i spent and I’m out of earrings and a bracelet when i just bought them last week such a waste of money and the quality was not worth it. I’ll just shop in Golden Temple ( southside Birmingham) next time for cute earrings and beaded bracelets I’ve never known their items to break easily and tarnish after a week of wear. Never again.

I had the opportunity to visit the Galleria store today and Emily, the manager, is THE BEST customer service person I have ever had to interact with in the whole mall. The store is clean and well stocked. Everything was priced and folded neatly and I cannot say anything but KUDOS to Emily and crew for presenting such a pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you corporate for making the decision to change management here and getting someone who has such a passion for making her customers feel as if they are the only people in the world that matter to her! I like shopping here but I recently had an encounter where the employees were very obviously showing a form of bias or prejudice towards me. I typically have no issues but during this visit the workers loomed around and asked me twice if I wanted them to hold my items at the front of the store while I shop as if I was stealing. They didn’t ask the older ladies or white customers with handbags this same question and my items were in no way something I need help “holding.” It was really uncomfortable, probably won’t come back if those are going to be the kinds of people working there. It is unfair to make judgments based in bias or paranoia instead of facts, people need to do better and treat their customers equally especially if they give no reason to be treated differently.
