The only two problems I have is way two many spam calls and data gets way to slow toward the end of the 30 day plan. For those reasons I give you 4 stars other than that everything else is good

Nightmare continues. Now, I find out that when they ported my second (home) number over, they kicked my first phone out of the system. I've now lost that number, which I was giving out and can't even get a new number for the phone I got from there. What good is customer service? The manager called a csr. No help.

Easy wireless in Altus Oklahoma have always served me with a smile and understanding worker's with anything it's amazing what a great employee can accomplish with just a smile and understanding help I wouldn't go to any other store only Easy Wireless in Altus 🥰
