Use to be a bicycle shop to purchase gear now it's just a bicycle repair shop. Dude that runs it is named Oto. Really good guy. Brought in a Jugs 3-wheel pitching machine. The wheels are tubeless, and a wheel slipped off the rim. Due to this, the machine became inaccurate. I wasn't even sure if he could do anything about it. He said bring it in and I will see what I can do. He fixed it in 2 minutes. Hard worker who knows what he's doing. Said he has been repairing bikes since he was 13 years old. he worked as the bicycle repair man for the cycling shop for 15 years before it went belly up. Will go back to him in the future.

Amazing buying experience! I am totally new the bike world, and I'm glad that I came here to learn about the different bike models and get advice on what style/size bike I should get. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable. The owner, Ben, is great and takes the time to chat with customers and understand their needs. One of the main guys that helped me was Sebastian, who really helped me understand the importance of the size bike to get.

I couldn't be more happy with my purchase of my new Specialized bike! But I was even more satisfied with the service experience I received from here. Since buying my bike, I've been back to get some additional accessories as well, which they helped with installing.

Also, they are taking every precaution during this time to protect customers. They installed a sink to wash your hands before you enter the store, and ensure everyone (including employees) wears a mask while inside. Hats off to Cyclepath for taking initiative to keep their customers safe!

Came here to replace a e bike crank that had pedal tread strip. The store is big and is well stock on bikes and parts. They only had the left crank but not the right side crank , so decided just get new pair of pedal instead. People that work here are very informative and answer my questions. Will be coming back here to service my bike soon.

I called them about bleeding my son's brakes, I had explained to them (on the phone) that he has a hybrid system with a Magura master cylinder and a Shimano brake lever. I was told that it was going to be fine to bring the bike in. My son goes out of his way to ride the bike there, and then they refuse him... THIS isn't even my problem. I had CALLED them after to let them know that they should tell all of their staff, so that way, other potential customers are not inconvenienced and the person on the phone didn't have anything to say, didn't apologize or anything. He just said OK, and then that he hung up.

Edit/update: Unfortunately, I can't respond to the Cyclepath person who responded.
But for sure, you were notified that it was a Shimano lever with a Magura HS33 master cylinder. I made that abundantly clear on the phone call (multiple times) because I've had this issue where a store did not know and would not work on it and so I made sure that that was okay before I sent my child over there.
Also I had made it clear that it was the rudeness of the person on the phone that made this a bigger deal and now you as a poster (Cyclepath person), responding are also not being polite. So just pointing that out for any readers.
You could apologize and say I'm sorry that you wasted your time coming here but I needed more information -or something like that. Side note. My son said when he was there that the man was very rude to him told them he was multiple reasons and then the only reason he gave him was because it is a hybrid system. "Hybrid" means it's 2 separate things coming together.

I came to Cyclepath years ago and never came back because how rude and unprofessional the staff was. I bought a brand new bike from them and the still treated me like trash's. I would never go to them. Spend your money with nice bike shops, not a bunch of Psychopaths.

I've been coming to this shop since the 80s.they have what you need.alot of floor space to test ride the various bikes.theres a couple generations spanning being a dependable and knowledgeable shop.i worked here in the 90s.was slot of fun,but mechanics didn't make a ton back then.theres alot to be said about a bike shop.this shop has you covered.but is now closed.
