The manager is so friendly. We weren't sure if we could do an exchange from an online purchase but she was happy to help us figure it out and showed us options in the store. We ended up upgrading and just paid the difference. I'm really happy with my new coat. Honestly, we've been to this store three times now and every time the customer service is top notch!

Seems inflation has hit this outlet store extra hard. The 50% off almost every item has been offset by a ridiculously high starting point. Shame, this place used to be one of my favorite visits when in NW Oregon because in the past I was able to find some gems at great prices.

Absolutely brilliant service. I went Black Friday shopping yesterday. I bought a pair of pants for my son that ended up being too small. I took them back today to exchange them for something else. The something else was a few dollars more than the pants, so I expected to top up the payment (less than 2 dollars). However Brandy, the clerk, just exchanged them across the board with a price correction to spread the holiday cheer. She won a customer for life!

Couldn't tell you if the store is great or not, but we got there at 1:50, they were only allowing 7 patrons in at a time due to covid and were closing at 2 for an hour for employee lunch. Closest parking is tesla recharge stations.

The Covid-19 restrictions are little funky here. You are not allowed to try on clothing but you can try on coats- just as long as they don't go over your head. You cannot pull up the hoods as it goes to close to your face, even with a mask on. I'm sure corporate dictates this as we were over in Helly Hansen Outlet (same mall) and we tried on items with no problems. The staff members were helpful with recommendations.

This store has changed a lot over the years. I usually find good bargains here! Not anymore everything was jacked up in price! Don't say your having a clearance sale & raise the price just to make customers think it's a sale
