This review is in NO WAY a reflection on the delivery driver, she was very nice!

However, you would think that spending the better part of $200 would get you even close to what you ordered, on the day you scheduled it to be delivered!

I ordered ONLINE and was able to schedule delivery for Mother’s Day (you would think if they were overbooked, they wouldn’t allow you to schedule a delivery that day, but apparently they just want your money and don’t care about honoring their commitment that you paid for). I called at 2pm on Mother’s Day to confirm the arrangement would be delivered that day. I was told that my order was “being prepared in the back” and that it would be delivered that day. If it wasn’t going to be delivered, I could have cancelled and used that money on a nice dinner out!!

Needless to say it was not delivered. I contacted customer service via the website and received a confirmation, but as of yet have not been contacted.

The “arrangement” arrived today but was NOT what I ordered. As you can see from the pictures below, it’s not even close to what was advertised.

Very disappointed in the dishonesty, greed and bait & switch they pulled. I will not be ordering from them again!

This is the absolute worst location. Do not purchase from this location. Betsy has very poor management skills and the workers are very disrespectful. My edible arrangements never arrived at my mother‘s job on her birthday. It was a complete disaster. The front desk lady hung up on me and the manager, Betsy never took care of it. Do not use this location very bad. I also filed a claim with corporate.

My boyfriend ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement and paid the additional fees to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, I never received the delivery. He called the store later that day to inquire, and they assured him it would be delivered the next day between 3-5 PM. However, we were disappointed again when the order still did not arrive. It's frustrating that the store didn't plan accordingly to meet the needs of all their customers on such a special occasion. Despite multiple communication attempts and assurances, the issue was not resolved. This experience negatively impacted our Valentine's Day, and I hope the store can improve their service and logistics to prevent similar situations in the future.

Edit. Just received my delivery 2 days late. The delivery driver (uber eats) was very nice and the product itself was gorgeous. However, this order was place on February 4th for Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend came into town especially for this weekend and the delivery arrived on Sunday at 4:30pm instead of Friday for Valentine’s Day. Would have been nice to be able to enjoy this gorgeous fruit tray together for the weekend. He’s leaving early in the morning.

Update: It’s now July, I never got a response from the store but the parent company pushed me through a third party call Pissed Consumer. I have yet to get a refund or even a basic response from the store or company. This place is absolutely incapable of functioning based on my experience and most of the reviews on here.

I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day and I was charged a $20 fee for hand delivery on Valentine’s Day, any other day it was free delivery. They ended up delivering it on February 15th and still charged me the extra $20. On top of that, I’ve called several times to rectify the situation. No one has answered except one time when someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I want a refund for the untimely delivery.

I had put in an order for chocolate dipped strawberries the other day. Linda, the manager, did call me and let me know that they didn’t have the proper size strawberries and that they would double up. I was fine with that. My order also ended up being quite a bit late, but I do think they were backed up and struggling that day. While I didn’t have the greatest first impressions, I did find that the customer service was excellent. Linda called me later and had offered to send a box free of charge to rectify the previous issue. I did appreciate that and it seemed like they want customers to be happy with their orders. I would definitely order from this store again.

Terrible business ethic & customer service is piss poor and nasty. Don’t know how to talk to customers there very rude and disrespectful. Ms.Janet the customer service manager is very disrespectful I would not be placing another order from here at all terrible all away around sickening.

I was told my wife's Birthday Gift would be delivered between 4-5pm. We had a dinner reservation at 6pm. We tried to call 10 times between 515pm and 645pm to get somebody on the line but the system does not let you. After plugging in my phone number, it said it was delivered. At 7pm, I called, and the message to me was, "We were not able to make your delivery". No one between 4-7 pm had the courtesy to call and say we were still on the way, and only because I called at 7 pm did I find out that this terrible, terrible retailer did not deliver the flowers and chocolate. No one called and said, we cannot deliver your wife's birthday gift. And we had to cancel dinner. Disgraceful!! And they did not say they will refund the money on the message or give me an option to request the refund.
