Just left the store and had to leave all my groceries behind because there was only one cashier and the lady in front of me was arguing over prices for 10 minutes. Our store used to be great and over the past year or so it has a really gone downhill.

Getting worse as time goes by. Not a place to shop at night or weekends when all the younger kids are on duty obviously unsupervised. Sad, now is the time to train these young people for their future. Cell phones are more important to them than basic customer service.
Additional checkers are needed during holidays and obviously better supervision. Teach these people customer service skills 😞

I am new in the area....I come to the store basically everyday as well as a bunch of guys working with me.....the last month
The last 4 times I visited the shop I had problems with cashiers not knowing how to assist with produce etc....the cashiers do not greet you with a hallo or a have a good day ....the staff are highly unprofessional and under trained...they should know a product if they see it.....
I will rather drive all the way to helena or Forrest city where I have been shopping the last 5 years....
Hope you can get a grip on the store that means alot to the community and the bigger marianna erea

The staff are usually friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and bright. This Edwards Food Giant has a super lovely deli serving hot/cold foods along with fresh slice deli meats and cheese. Fantastic baked goods, as well. Excellent selection of frozen foods. Great produce selections. Pocket-friendly prices, we always find super deals! It is a wonderful place to shop with friendly people!

I bought some dole banannas that were very green. The entire banana stand was green. It been a week now at least and they haven’t begun to ripen. They should never have been put out to sell In addition some of the apples in the bags had rotting spots. And prices too high. Hays and wal mart beats food giant in price and
Freshness. The employees are rude. You don’t get a thank you for shopping. This is My opinion, resulting from experience

I just left my whole cart of groceries on the conveyor belt. I must have been ready to spend $250 easily. A man in front of me had over spent and told them to take off $13. After standing there for ever (10 minutes) listening to 3 teenagers trying to get the tab lower I lost it. I will, however go back Monday and give Mr Steve Edwards a dollar for the drink I started sipping on because I had a🔥 hot 🔥 temper by then. I just placed my curbside order with Walmart and spent $279 that Food Giant didn't get. Maybe next time the store won't need 3 cashier's to subtract $13!!!!!!!

Great hometown store. Pleasant shopping experience. In my opinion, they have the best meats! I don't buy my meat anywhere else! Also, I like that they double coupons! And offer steam cleaners (like the rug doctor) at a better price than anywhere I've seen! They also have an online app for viewing their weekly ads and creating a shopping list! It's a great store!

I shop at Edwards Food Giant in Marianna .It's convenient, well stocked with the foods I like. The employees are polite and considerate to their customers. But, I have to admit I would love to see some lower prices in the meat Department.
