The El Centro service team was not very communicative. They failed to let me know that the diesel mechanic was on vacation until the day after I was supposed to pick up my truck, pushing my pickup date another week. Additionally, they didn't tell me that there was a 3% fee on all card transactions until the moment I went to pay. This caused me to spend an additional $500 that could have been saved in they informed me of the charge. The cherry on top was I told them not to wash the truck and they did resulting in a ton of micro-scratches that I will now have to pay to be removed. They did only charge me at the internal rate for the labor which I appreciated.

My husband and I drove down from La Quinta to buy a VW Tiguan here. Our experience with El Centro Motors was superior in every way. From the owner, who greeted us as we came in, to our salesman and to Cedric in finance, every step was comfortable, honest and professional. There was no pressure or sales tactics, just fabulous service. Cedric, in particular, was so helpful and knowledgeable. We would absolutely buy from El Centro Motors again.

I’ve NEVER been treated so well at any other dealership. I was guided and cared for the whole way through making my decision on a beautiful Ford Bronco Sport. I was treated BETTER THAN royalty; I was treated just like FAMILY. Even though I live 3 hours away, this will be my place for all upcoming vehicle needs, such as my soon to be 16 year old daughter. I’ve driven Fords for the last decade, and was in 2 accidents that weren’t my fault. Ford truly is FORD TOUGH. Although I was hit hard in both occasions, my Ford barely looked damaged compared to the vehicles that hit me. Now I have a “home” dealership that I can TRUST. The last 2 Ford dealerships I dealt with, didn’t even come close to the service, care and attention I received at El Centro Motors. Trust is a big MUST for me when dealing with car salesman, and El Centro Motors went FAR above and beyond my desires and expectations. Thank you Greg Ryan and your wonderful team; it took a village to take care of me and everyone deserves these special stars. I’d give you more if there was a higher option.

Excellent service. I went to Ford without appointment because my vehicle engine indicator light turns red. The manager was very attentive and found who can fix the problem. Not olnly fix this problem also they found 2 recalls and sove all my problems. It was awesome!!
