Stopped by today to take my dad in for his birthday the gentleman at the register gave my dad a birthday discount and had the most exceptional customer service! Thank you for making my dad’s day you deserve a raise!! We came from Yuma and definitely will be making the drive back in the future!! Highly recommend!

This place has great customer service! He does not have father's day sales or any special deals but he does give discounts. If you want to buy high quality boots then this is the spot. Low ballers this place is not for you!!!

Came here to buy my wife some redwings, i was hesitant because of size but the guy was pressuring me, i ended leaving with red wings that came out to $265!!!! thats insane, i gave them to my wife and she didnt like them, i decided ok ill just return and get her something else; THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNS . These boots are so over prices and the managers are unfair. theres no sign that says no returns. My dad and uncles will no longer shop at this scam of a place. DISGUSTING customer service.

BUYER BEWARE. I used to buy all of my redwing chukka 595 work boots from El Vaquero and send a lot of customers their way. Unfortunately prices have become extremely high and very inconsistent as of recently. On 3/2/2020 I was quoted $235 for one pair. After explaining to the lady at the register that I could not justify paying $235 for a pair of boots she then said she could drop the price to $205 which still seemed expensive to me. 10 minutes later a friend of mine walked into the establishment and was quoted $226 for the same exact pair of boots. Sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere as I have found the same pair of boots for $70 cheaper at a different imperial valley redwing dealer. Call different dealers and price check your boots before purchasing from this establishment.

They used to have the best prices on RedWing chukka now they have raised there prices crazy! Found a lot cheaper in el centro call around before purchasing!
