This was top shelf service at a fair price. I believe in small business, it's personal, and you get the best service in my opinion, small business owners care about their customers. I was not disappointed. Work done ahead of schedule, no surprises, Marcos team was tidy, courteous and paid attention to details. My floors are beautiful and I we are really happy with them. I did get three quotes, this was the best one with a really nice product. We have a small house so we had the whole house done including our kitchen in luxury vinyl plank. This stuff is nice on your feet, and should hold up to kids and dogs! Happy customer here for sure.

We love Elegant Floors.

First I’ll start with Marco, he is so patient. I spent over 6 months choosing a floor, taking home samples, coming back for new ones. He never pressured me and always offered to help when I kept changing my mind. (I am really indecisive). Finally after forever I made a decision. We opted to re-floor the entire house so I wanted to be sure I would love it. His rates for the install and flooring were reasonable so we hired them to do the install as well.

Install:
Marco and his team are very skilled, detail oriented and efficient. We had them replace the floors in our entire house and they worked through each room efficiently but with care. They didn’t rush the job at all. About halfway through we ran into a foundation issue. It was a real setback but his team finished what they could then waited 60 days while we fixed the foundation and let it dry. As soon as it was ready they came back and finished the job in less than a week!

We ran into a few issues though out the process but Marco was always willing to talk though options (like our 50 year old stair issues) and do his best to work around the quirks of our old house.

Overall we are very pleased and happy we chose Elegant Floors. I would definitely give them my business again!

My wife and I searched many of the local flooring businesses for a solution to redo our bedroom, including all the big-name places in the Bay Area. On our way home from yet another store (a bit further away from our home) we noticed Elegant Floors on Mission Blvd. and decided to check them out. The storefront is modest, but the selection is impressive. The sales manager, Marco, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure. I am happy to say we found our new floor. Marco was very prompt and efficient in providing us a fair-priced estimate. His install team did fabulous work, including excellent job site clean-up. I give Marco and Elegant Floors my highest recommendation to anyone looking to tackle a flooring project.

I went to Elegant Floors for Quartz Countertop as they are one of dealers who sells MSI. And then we were fascinated by their another countertop company Cosmo which has a very good quality of quartz options we can choose from. We also liked their flooring as well so we chose what we wanted at that time, but we couldn't end up working with them for the flooring as my general contractor wanted me to work with him for the flooring at least. But based on the quality of work for countertops, I am pretty sure they would have done the flooring very well if I had gone with them for the flooring as well.
I don't see any countertop review here. Although their major business would be the flooring, the countertop team was also top-notch. Even my general contractor was very impressive with their quality work.
There was a couple of mis-communication during the whole process which I was a little bit embarrassed for a moment, but I pretty bet that every project has it. Marco was very patient during the process (which took almost 2 months to complete). Their price for the work is also very competitive (I had 4 different quotes and Elegant Floors was the best), so there is no reason not to work with them if you are considering a countertop project. Highly recommended.

Awesome Job and Service. My Wife and I were looking to remodel our home with taking out our old carpet and replacing it with wood flooring. We had many questions as this was going to be the first time we were going to remodel the flooring around our house. Marco was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Once it came time to install, they were very professional and ALWAYS on time as promised. They moved all my furniture as requested and worked with me if I had any special requests. At the end of the day they always made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. Marcos and his family are great! What I liked best was they are very friendly, willing to work with our budget and weren't trying to sell us a product right away. They let me take as many samples as I needed and was always informing me of products that were on sale! Marcos always answered his phone when I called him and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. You don't see alot of companies actually trying to help you out instead of try to make a quick sale these days.
I still call him time to time to ask questions about products and Installation and he still is friendly as ever!

I recently had the need to quickly update my downstairs (living room and bedroom) for a friend to rent. Hands down the vinyl floors, and carpet on the stairs leading to the downstairs, that Marco, the Sales Manager at Elegant Floors in Hayward helped me choose, transformed the area. Marco listened to my requests that the flooring be pet friendly, easy to maintain, within a given budget and that it had to be installed by a specified date. Marco took the time to answer all my questions, stearing me away from certain flooring colors and products based on his years of experience. Marco and his installers easily met my deadline. Marco was available by phone and in person throughout the install, no detail was too small to be discussed. I highly recommend these elegant floors. A few months ago my wife and I were looking to replace our floors. After an extensive search in many stores, we found that Elegant Floors had the best floors selection, quality, and prices. I was looking for a floor product that provided resistance, durability and at the same time that it looked elegant. I have two children that will use the floor very hard with their heelys shoes, and other toys. The owner was very helpful and guided us, as we chose the right floor for our house. I am very happy with the final product.
