All the staff at Elite Pool and Spa are EXCELLENT!!! They go out of their way to help. I'm having a HUGE problem with my mother's pool. It's in an enclosed building and is filled with well water. They continually help me and search for help with their experts. Ronnie has become almost family!! LOL. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!!!!

So I must say I went in one day and had my water tested met a couple people that are now good friends of mine! Coty and Ronnie and really great! Coty is very knowledgeable about product and what needs too be done! He’s very funny and respectful! He can also sell peanuts too an elephant! Haha 🤣 but making a long story short, he sold me a jacuzzi! It’s been an overall great experience with Elite Pool and Spa! Most definitely would recommend the one in Gardendale for all your pool and Spa needs!
