Super nice guy! We stopped in after a night at Elk City Lake Park (just driving through) because we thought we had an issue. Right off, he gave us 10 minutes of his time and diagnosed that things seemed fine and sent us on our way. Nice to know there are still nice and honest people out there!

We were traveling through Oklahoma in our RV. We hit a tire fragment on the highway, and our undercarriage plumbing was damaged and no longer usable.
We tried several RV dealers in the Oklahoma City area but none would do an emergency repair. Ditto dealers in Albuquerque, our next destination.
Out of necessity we stayed in a motel in Elk City, and just before leaving town the next day we tried Elk City RV. When they learned that we were on the road and far from home, they told us we could come in right away.
They were smart and resourceful, willing and able to repair the damaged parts (which we had managed to salvage) as well as fabricate the one part that they couldn’t fix.
Cost for the repair was very reasonable.

Excellent service! We needed an emergency major repair to our RV roof while on a cross country trip. We made arrangements on a Monday afternoon to bring the unit in early the next morning when they would have the necessary supplies ready to use. While waiting, the owners and staff could not have been nicer with their Southern hospitality!

Upon completion Dennis not only showed us the photos of repairs made, he sent them to us so we can show them to the company that had originally installed a new roof.

We felt very blessed that we were in Elk City when we discovered our damaged roof, and that Elk City RV was available to do the repairs to get us back to California!

Driving home heading back to Oregon and we started having issues with the door on started coming loose due to needing to be adjusted. We were fortunate enough to run into the owner, Redd.
This guy was awesome. Without hesitating he came out to our RV to see if he could help. Within minutes he had the issue fixed. He was such an awesome guy we stayed an extra 20 minutes just talking with him. So thanks Redd. Wish we had that kind of service and hospitality where we came from. You dont see that much these days.

Went twice for parts as our furnace went out days before record cold. What they didn't have, they gave us alternative parts suppliers or to order. Very nice, I would go back.

Fantastic!!! Knowledgeable and friendly! We are driving cross county and having problems with our leveling and slide. We called ahead and they had a tech ready when we arrived. He fixed the problem reset it and we are on our way! Thank you!!!!
