My absolute go to for any T-shirt/hat/clothing customizations and embroidery. I have worked with them now a few times, and I’ve only had a five star customer service experience. I must highlight that even though I only bring a few shirts at a time, they treat me as good as a client spending thousands with them. I had chosen this place based on the reviews from the website. After speaking with Stephanie on the phone, her mannerisms and price points were inviting. I realized most of the work she performs is for multiples and businesses, but she still showed patience and professionalism with my 1 item. There was an honest error made, but Stephanie quickly rectified it. She was in communication with me the whole time and finalized the completion. I added a replacement, and the results turned out wonderful.
I would come here again because of how professional Stephanie was and her great Customer Service!

Went to Embroidery Plus because they had good reviews and they were nearby. Extremely unfriendly and not welcoming at all. They seemed annoyed that I asked to have something embroidered. Will never go there again.

I received a test of my logo after digitized and was impressed with the digitizing quality and thread count. I didn't receive this quality from some other places that charged me 3 times as much. The work was quick an good for a reasonable price. I had 6 polo shirts done and when I came back she had a hat embroidered for me to see how it would look on a hat. I was so happy, I bought the hat. I am very pleased and recommend them to anyone.
