Emma Downtown is an extremely beautiful and quaint store, I'm sure the color scheme changes year round, but while I was there everything was fall themed and simply amazing. It is a tad pricey but for what you're getting it's worth it!

This place is ADORABLE ❤️ I usually shy away from boutique-like shops because I assume none of the clothes will fit me (I’m usually an XL) but my husband encouraged me to go in anyway. Not only did they have ADORABLE XL dresses, but their home decor, jewelry, and mugs were all wonderful too! I tried on a few dresses and even though none were quite what I was looking for, the gals working there were so helpful and attentive. Very much looking forward to returning and hopefully being able to make a purchase next time!

Always great stuff. Fun, eclectic, pretty, diverse. Quality, I love Emma's. I usually can't afford their prices. But their sales are great. I picked up a pair of palazzo pants that are so comfortable. Like wearing a cloud. If I'm downtown I go in. Don't pass this place up. Really good place for gifts.

The CUTEST little boutique with the cutest clothing, jewelry, and gifts! You can find something here for your mom, sister, niece and nephew. They'll gift wrap your purchase for free if you let them know it's a gift for someone (they usually ask). The staff is very helpful. They have a wide range of gifts in all sorts of prices from lower end to high end. I highly recommend checking it out! I always want to stop by and visit whenever I'm in downtown Albany, even if just to browse.

It seems that whenever I get a compliment on what I'm wearing it was purchased at Emma Downtown. They carry unique brands that are dedicated to quality in structure, style and materials and it's always a treat to visit a place where everyone seems to enjoy working there, welcoming customers and giving honest feedback. The folks at Emma Downtown delight in helping their customers find just the right thing and it's not just about clothing. Emma Downtown is a great place to find cards, home decor and even a baby gift. The store is kept fresh by careful and inviting staging - not too cluttered to see what is there but LOTS of great items.
And they have the BEST sidewalk sales!

Excellent staff & inventory! Home goods are unique. Ask for custom banners. Jewelry featured artist items for sale. Loved this store! Got all my gifts wrapped. Don't miss this place. Street parking.
