Los clientes se sienten muy satisfechos con Enid Floral y Regalos. Es un desafío cuando vives en una ciudad diferente y tienes que confiar en el florista para hacer un buen trabajo dentro de un presupuesto determinado. Querías enviar algo especial dentro de un rango de precio, junto con un recuerdo para la familia. Fue muy amable y atento. No solo me envió fotos de opciones para agregar a mi arreglo, sino que también se mantuvo dentro del rango de precio, incluso después de impuestos y envío

I am very pleased with Enid Floral and Gifts. It’s always a challenge when you live in a different town and have to trust the florist to do a good job in the budget you give them. I wanted to send something special within a certain price range, along with adding a keepsake for the family. They were so kind and accommodating. Not only did they send me pictures of options to add to my arrangement, they also stayed within the price range even after tax and delivery!
I will definitely be using them in the future!

I ordered a $45 bouquet of springy flowers to be sent to my mother in law in the nursing home for her 93rd birthday. We live in Montana. The person that took my order was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I felt confident the bouquet for my mother in law would be beautiful. I just received a picture of the bouquet from my sister in law. I was so sad and disappointed. It was just a sprig of this and a sprig of that. Not springy or very colorful for that matter. I will probably try a different floral shop next time I order flowers for our family in Enid.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and had asked them to make something beautiful and to use orange and white flowers. They did such an amazing job. They were absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much.

I'm really not happy with this. My man has never got me flowers
and today he had some sent to me and they ruined it. First pic is what I got not saying it ugly but... the sec pic is what he thought he was sending me. I called to ask as to why and to tell them it looks like trash. She tells me not only that use what they think is worth the money "cheap flowers'' but how much my husband spent. I don't think you need to ruin what was supposed to be sweet. They stuffed as much green as they could to 'sub for the money worth that was spent. I asked so purple is expensive? She made sure to let me know to you get what you pay for. I told her I be sure to tell him not to buy from here again. Really sad that they care so little and charge so much. He paid more to have them delivered at 11am,they showed up at 2:30.

My husband knows not to order from here anymore. He knows I love colorful bouquets but doesn’t know much about flowers so he said just make it colorful. What I received was light pink roses with light pink filler flowers and a lot of greenery. No other color and no variety. I know he spent a lot of money on them and it was sweet of him but to be the exact opposite of what he asked for is unacceptable. I don’t think it’s pretty at all.. I called to see if they would do anything about fixing their mistake and they said they’d call me back and never did.

My mom is having surgery tomorrow, and I wanted to let her know that we’re thinking of her. I ordered the flowers online first thing this morning. They were delivered within 3 hrs, and they are absolutely gorgeous! A very designer look. She truly loved them. 100% recommend Enid Floral. Thanks, y’all!
