They have very bad employees and they don't quit their jobs. They ask how we can help from where they sit. I called last week. I ask if you can send a form for the flat, I want to review it, they say they will send it. But for some reason they don't send it anymore. I come to this moment and they don't move. They don't help at all. It's a disgusting place. I don't recommend it to anyone.

T E R R I B L E customer service! they all cover their backs, give excuses, i did not call you, we will get back to you. Still waiting 4 months on a repair. Libby is the "owner" one day, then Luke, then Aimee.... terrible!! the secretaries give you attitude, except for 1.

Ellos me están rentando una casa y la atencion al cliente es muy mala llevo un año rentando y pagando mi renta puntualmente y cada vez que tengo un problema con la luz o con el agua y les digo que por favor me lo solucionen no hacen nada !! La encargada de este lugar : Aime Peralta es muy poco profesional ,tiene muy mal carácter y desde el principio prometió cosas, arreglos de la casa como también solucionar los problemas de mal olor del agua ,los enchufes de la casa que la gran mayoría no funciona y otros problemas que tenemos y nunca hizo nada es decir miente y promete cosas que nunca cumple , si van a rentar o comprar casa por medio de Era real state tomen en cuenta este comentario para que no les pase lo que a mi . Es una verdadera vergüenza!!!!!!
