We had issues with our adjustable base remote since mid-Dec 2024. We initially received no response from the website's chat feature even though it submitted a ticket, and at that time, they took forever to take my call.
Today, 2/18/2025, the call and hold experience was much better. My representative patiently walked me through the troubleshooting steps and sprinkle her magic through the phone because my remote now works even after I went through the steps carefully on my own multiple times and I'm a big techie.
Needless to say, I'm glad we now have a solution and a working remote. My representative showed patience, empathy, and a fun sense of humor. Thank you!

The overall experience gets 4 stars due to the hassle.
But the improvements and my representative easily get 5 stars.

She was awesome! I told her my need (instructions to pair didn't come with my new remote) so she immediately emailed me instructions AND a video link and waited to ensure I received them.
THEN when I wrote her back to tell her I was having difficulty pairing, she watched my video and called me with the solution to fix it. She was kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish everyone had service like that!

That said, you need to hire more reps. I called yesterday and spent a half hour on hold before I gave up and elected for a call back when there were over 40 calls in queue. Never got that call. Today I was on hold another half hour then requested the call back but when it came I was in a meeting so I had to start over later. Which was another half hour.

The CS associate was good, but your customer service sucks. Your system was counting up instead of down when it said the callers in front of me (12, then 20, then 26). The music while placed on hold stops at a certain point and I’m left unsure if I was hung up on. Took about 3 hours and 3 calls to get someone to call me back. You guys can do better
