I took my daughter to get the Day of the Dead Bread. She was soooo excited!! Lots to see, touch & smell at Northgate.

We went to the Meat Department and the meat associate, Rodolpho, was very kind and patient with us. He answered all of our questions professionally. We also got some tamales and they were very DELICIOUS 😋!!! Then we got some potato wedges, but they did not taste good at all. They were either fried in old oil or fried in oil that other things were fried in. We won't get them again! Other than that hiccup, we had a GREAT time!!! I saw a lot of smiles between customers and staff. That's beautiful to see!!! The atmosphere was very light & friendly!

We spent an hour there, and it only felt like 5 min.. Quality time spent with my daughter.

I hope this store never changes and keeps some of their departments traditional (meat, bakery, etc...). Other stores do not have what you have... Thank You.

Very good tamales...however through the 8yrs coming here, lately they have become very stingy with the inside ingredients, especially with the chile con queso tamales. It is mostly "masa" in what you will get. Their bakery on sweet bread options needs improvement and be labeled correctly in what each bread is. Very poor labeling to their very limited sweet bread selection. Should have more options for this location and store.

Feel it could be kept cleaner and felt a little unsafe. Auto zone, some little knick knack shops for quick shopping trips.

I visited Northgate market, it was as advertised. This market caters to the Mexican community as well as every other member in the county. A must visit if you want a taste of Mexico in the U.S.

Yummy food to go, or dine in. The best dulceria in town for party stuff and piñatas. La Takiza has a glam Cine de Oro vibe with old black and white posters of the greatest Mexican movie stars. Lots of street food style foods and paletas too at Michoacana. The parking near Northgate is the WORST! So avoid the section near grocery store.
