I said yes to the dress!! I drove 1 hour to come here and I don’t regret it. The girls made me feel so comfortable, there was nothing but smiles, laughter, and positivity. Each one of the workers were helpful but Nora was my helper today and made sure I picked the dress I wanted and not what everyone else wanted, she made sure I was 100% sure on my choice. As an indecisive person I found it helpful how they put in their honest input in the most nicest way possible. From my experience I can confirm the customer service is amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here for your dress, there was a variety and if they don’t have your size then they’re able to order it for you!

Went to look for a prom dress for my daughter and they have an amazing selection. The service was absolutely wonderful! Nora was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend going there if you need a dress. They listen to you and don’t make you feel rushed. They are not pushy to just make a sale. Very friendly staff!

Brought my daughter in for her homecoming dress and loved the experience so much! They even helped us the day of homecoming court when I could not get her dress tight enough. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience.

Very uncomfortable experience. My girlfriend went in looking for prom dresses and she found a few she liked and tried them on. I was able to give my opinion on them, saying they looked good, and then they showed her a dress that was apparently the “last one”. She tried it on and thought it looked good and they kept telling her that the dress was “the one” but she wanted to show me and get my opinion first and they denied her and did NOT let her ask for my opinion and said that my opinion didn’t matter (even though she thought it did and really wanted to show me the dress first). And it in her words “Made me feel uncomfortable and obligated to get the dress and manipulated and pressured into to buying it.” Although at clothing stores they do always say the things you want to hear about how it looks good on you and all, and I understand it’s just business, but the way they did it was very unprofessional and a customer should never feel uncomfortable or obligated to make a purchase.

The dresses were nice. The owner not so much. I was advised that I could not take pictures of my child in the dress and on order to FaceTime my sister I would have to do it in the dressing room so as not to record other customers. Seems like this only applied to me because there was a mother in the front using FaceTime who was capturing all of the customers trying on dresses.

I went in for my senior year prom dress , i had the best service by Mckinley and Elizabeth. Esmeralda was also amazing, they all helped me find my dream dress and i couldn’t be more happy ! Esmeralda is the way to go !
