The staff is very irresponsible and unorganized.
You have to check up on your order consistently and if not your order order will not be done on time if you have a deadline. They lie about having your order ready but it ends up not being true! They also leave your order to last time VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Someone I know has their event this Saturday and hasn’t been able to pick it up because it wasn’t done on time . She will have to pick up 2 days before the event!! The customer shouldn’t have to be stressed about not having their item in item. I don’t recommend buying here unless they improve their service.

Worst store everrrrrrrr the ladys were rudeeee, we called a day before to ask about the dresses and they said the dresses were ready. The next day we went they didnt do Noting and gave it to us alllll wrinkly. Lemme tell you they will try to be nice with you, they will take their time until you pay them then they'll be rude, creat liessss, and argue with you. It will best to get your dress somewhere. Please dont waste your time i begg you they just want your money.
