The worse customer service place. I've been to many Ewing irrigation stores, from Washington state, Texas and unfortunately here.
I walked in, was stared down by a black guy. Didn't get his name. He asked what I needed. So I started to tell him..
He just stared at me and then I asked , don't you need to write this down or ?
He walked to his computer like he was on death row!
I only need a few things, no one was there but me. Normally it would have taken 5-10 minutes.
I was here for 40 minutes! No excuse for this delay , but pure unprofessional service and lack of common work ethic.
I will never go here again and will definitely pass this information to all my friends, who are all irrigation techs and business owners.
This place sucks! Or maybe it was just that black dude who needs to suck it!

The guys here are fantastic. I have been to every irrigation supply store in South Florida. Ewing by far is the most helpful and the guys actually know irrigation. Which is pretty rare unfortunately.
