Great experience. Had my oil changed at several express oil changes, but this was the first time in Oneonta. I think one of the guys was new, but his manager was right there with him and made sure everything was good to go. Will definitely go back.

The manager , Mike is exceptional and his mechanic, Justin is beyond outstanding.
Today Justin came to check my battery as Mike said not to tow it in but to save my money. Justin discovered that the battery was completely dead. Mike replaced the battery since it was only a few months old. Justin installed it right here for me. They explain in detail the issues with my car and how to prevent them in the future.
I can’t tell you how phenomenal those 2 are.
I also have to thank Michael for his outstanding help along the way.

They did an outstanding job! And even after getting back home and reaching back out to them because I had some oil under my car they just told me to come back up there but I got both my valve cover gaskets replaced and an oil change It was quite relaxing it took a couple of hours and I was offered to be driven home and then come and picked back up but I chose to stay in the waiting room and sit while the work was being done! Shout out to the manager Mike for actually keeping me updated as they worked on my vehicle. Nathan the mechanic did a very good job. All around very good people that work there and very trustworthy for this little small town of Oneonta!
