The staff here is very helpful! I have been getting my eye exams here for a year or so. I recently had an incident with my contact lens that got stuck in my eye that required some assistance from a tech - I called, they told me to come right over and 2 techs took time to help me with the problem and were so kind in the process. Dr. Corkins is a breath of fresh air in a world of doctors that want to rush you in and out of their office. He takes time to listen to you and your concerns. The employees do not know what they’re doing. Each year I have to go back because they forgot to have me sign something or because they over charged me. Last year they said my insurance didn’t cover my glasses so I had to pay out of pocket. They insisted they checked with my insurance. When I got home I verified with my insurance that they DID cover them and it was a pain getting the doctor’s office to give me my money back so I ended up leaving it as a credit. I will not be returning after being a patient there for over a decade! Horrible
