Dr. Prasad truly deserves being named one of Portland's top doctors in 2025 by Portland monthly magazine! With a wonderful bedside manner, she is is thorough, gentle, helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. I never feeling rushed or ill at ease with her. A five star rating is really not high enough! Thanks Dr. Prasad!

I’ve been a patient here for a long time and NW Eyehealth in Aloha is such a convenient location, with easy access from Beaverton, Hillsboro, and surrounding areas. The office itself has a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always professional and friendly, making every visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. NG and Dr. Prasad are both fantastic—very thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain everything and ensure patients feel at ease.

The Aloha Medical Dental Square as a whole has a great feel as my dentist is here too, with a relaxing environment that makes it easy to get the care you need. It would be even better if this location offered eye surgery services, as it would be incredibly convenient for patients in the area. Overall, a great place for eye care!

Dr was wonderful. The scheduling needs help. My husband's appointment was moved from Aloha to Tigard without our knowledge or approval. Ended up cancelling it. Then my appointment that was scheduled for 1:30 was moved to 2:00 again without my knowledge until the day of the appointment when I was told over the phone just checking in because they do not send reminders that it was at 2:30. When I get there, I was told it was scheduled for 2:40. I was taken in at 2:45. Again, the Dr was wonderful but scheduling sucks.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. She didn’t make me feel rushed and I truly appreciate that. I didn’t feel like a number. She made me feel cared about. This is hard to find in our medical industry these days. Her assistant was fairly new to the clinic and she was also very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.
