Ordered a pair of glasses for my son and have been waiting for more than six months and nobody knows where the glasses are. I’ve been calling them almost every week, more than once a week for months and all they say is “it was shipped”. Where is it coming from? Mars? Six months and nobody has an answer about this.

This place desirves more than 5 stars. The staff is amazing! My daughter is 4 years old and they treated her with such love and patience. The doctor was so patient with her and understanding. She got a ballon and 2 lollipops for her effort and she walked out with a smile and new glasses. They have a wide variety of glasses covered by insurance, therefore I didn’t feel pressured to choose from a small selection when there was a bigger selection. Very great full! Will definitely be coming here with my daughter!

Wow!!!! The service here is phenomenally fantastic!!!! Not only did I leave here seeing better but Dr. Naz made me feel better. She explained all the options and suggested a stylish designer frame that was super affordable and Chic to bat . The staff was out of this world,with the level of customer service. Bravo. I had an appointment, it was my first time. They brought me in, showed me the frames and just left me there? There were four or five women at the counter busily doing office work, I assumed one of them was going to assist me, but no one got up or offered help at all. Bizarre? Five stars?
