It wasn't really a bad experience, I walked in today, and I couldn't stand the heat! I had to go to a different store, but boy I feel bad for there employees. I can't believe you guys would have them work in a hot building like that! When it's 85 degrees outside! I hope you sincerely thank about your employees and your customer!

There’s never a greeting when entering the store, they don’t thank you after your purchase. Rather they take personal calls telling their spouse they love them or they’re too busy talking and laughing to each other and completely ignore the customer.
It’s like they don’t want to do their job and are annoyed that customers come in. Not to mention they don’t keep items on the shelf or if they do the items are expired. I believe this ez Mart will be shutting down soon.

I live close to this EZ mart so I’m a constant customer. The girl who works nights, always smoking, literally ALWAYS on a phone call on night shifts while attending customers. And EVERYTIME she’s on the clock there’s always a supposed issue with “ the cash register not accepting debit cards or cash “ it’s literally always the issue when she’s there. And I’ve had many people tell me it’s always when she’s on shift that they’ve had that issue as well. Other then that I’ve never had issues with any other employee.

I accident I accidentally bend a rim and had a flat tire right at E-Z Mart on Main Street in Gentry a very kind lady who works at E-Z Mart just got off her name is Candy and she help me beyond the Call of Duty absolutely a awesome person. She wouldShe would not take any monetary or anything but I thinks she followed me all the way home after she put a donut in my on my car I'm a widow and it meant a lot to me God bless candy she's an awesome person.. I intend to do something nice for her because I could tell that she is just kind and that's a rare thing in this world.

I called and was checking prices on diesel prices the lady that answered the phone said company policies she can't quote prices of gas or diesel over phone, then she told me she was hanging up , folks evidently no one at EZ mart trains anymore in customer service.

Unfriendly visit. I travel here bi-weekly from Louisiana to Arkansas on business. This is my usual stop. After my visit Sunday will be my last. The associate needs customer service and diversity training.
