I was at EZ pawn paying on my ponds when I started asking a worker about one of my pawns and he started cussing me out in front of God and everybody in the store when I went to the manager I told him to let the worker know that that was uncalled for and all the managers said to me was I will tell him but it's not like he's going to care and so I got a hold of corporate and corporate called them now they are refusing me service they said I can come pay on my pawns and I can pick up my ponds but they will not write me any new tickets unless it's the manager right in the ticket but no one else will help me

I have been a long time customer of EZ Pawn. They have always been fair with their prices. A couple of months ago I fell on hard times and had to pawn my beloved smart tv. I was so devastated when it came closer and closer to picking it up because I knew I couldn’t afford to. I basically just forgot and let it go or thought I was until I received a call from a well known worker asking me what happened and how come I hadn’t picked it up? I almost cried because I thought it was long gone. It’s that kind of caring customer service that keeps me loyal to them! I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Been doing business with them for years and they’ve always been super nice until the last time I called to check on something. Conner was completely short and hateful to me and hung up on me before I could verify his answer. I called back to speak to Chris, the manager, to verify the answer and let him know I was hung up on before my verification and HE told me, “conner was just doing his job.” And then HE HUNG UP ON ME ALSO!!! I’ll NEVER do business where their job is to be rude to a customer, especially since I did so much business with them!

They need to have their firearm valuing system updated. They offered me $125 for a rifle that retails for over $600. They told me, “Well we’re going to give you $125 for it and we’ll sell it for $350.” You as a business are losing money if you sell it for $350 and not to mention the slap in the face I was offered for both rifles I took in at $175. The gentleman that helped me was very snarky from the time I walked in the door until I was laughing at their “offer” on the way out. I sold the rifle in a private sale for $600. I get that it’s a pawnshop, but better customer service should be offered.
