I can't thank the owner Brooke, and her jeweler Maisy, enough for coming through on a special request for my family. My brother is very sick and we all wanted permanent bracelets but he was unable to make it to the store. Maisy was able to do a "house call" at a time when it made a huge difference to us. They were both professional and very compassionate - I hope to pay it forward!

First time visiting this store and it is awesome! The staff was kind and helpful. I went in thinking I was going to go for the permanent bracelet, but after looking at all of their gorgeous jewelry I walked out with a pair of earrings I’ve been wanting. Will definitely be returning!

UPDATE: After seeing my review, the owner, Brook, reached out to my daughter to resolve our issue. Our daughter went back in today and was helped by Haley and was provided with a new charm. Thank you for your assistance and taking care of our daughter. I appreciate you standing behind your product and making this a positive experience!

I took our daughter here for her birthday as she requested a bracelet and charm as her gift. We made our purchase on Sunday evening; on Tuesday morning the charms glue came apart. Our daughter reached out to see if it could replaced. The owners response was that she would 'make an exception and offer her 50% off the replacement charm.' Not impressed that this business would not stand behind their product that was purchased less than 48 hours! $175 for a simple chain and "pearl" charm. I would not recommend this business. Spend your money elsewhere.

Brooke made the entire experience so special, easy, and fun; she was super patient through our indecisiveness and thoroughly cared about getting to know us! We love our bracelets and can’t wait to get more in the future 🙂

This is one of the cutest jewelry stores in town!! A few coworkers of mine purchased permanent jewelry from this store and they were so cute that I had to go in to take a peak and scope out their jewelry for myself! The owner, Brooke, helped me out and was so attentive and sweet! I had a lot of questions since I’m not familiar with permanent jewelry and she answered all of my questions and more, and helped me find the perfect jewelry that would look great on my skin tone! I also loved hearing her story on how she got started with her business, she is a great business woman and is definitely going places! Her staff was also very sweet and friendly when I came in! Their jewelry is perfect for any special occasion, and I can’t wait to come in with my mother-in-law so she can pick out something special next week for her birthday! Such a cute store! I've purchased many pieces from Falling for Dainty and I will keep coming back for more. Each time I'm there, the costumer service is top notch. The shop owner Brooke is the best! I had a great shopping experience today with Hailey! She was incredibly helpful and kind. The permanent jewelry, amazing quality and awesome costumer service is why I highly recommend this store 🙂

This is a truly lovely place, and I can't thank the folks in the shop enough for their thoughtfulness! On a recent vacation visit to Healdsburg, I stopped in to the shop after it was recommended to me highly. I loved many of their pieces and purchased a ring and earrings. I wore the ring every day after vacation, because it's a beautiful, versatile staple piece - the perfect extra touch to complement most occasions. I was really heartbroken when I lost it, and fully intended to re-purchase it (along with other pieces!) from falling for dainty's website. I called the shop to see if I could figure out my ring size, and not only did the person I was speaking with look up my purchase from weeks before to make sure she gave me the right info, she let me know that the shop would generously simply replace the ring I lost, because it was clear it meant so much to me. I ordered several other lovely pieces, and when the package arrived today, the replacement for the original ring was indeed included at no additional cost. thank you so much! it really means so much to have that piece back as a memento of a very special trip. thank you for your kindness!
