Love FWBR! It's our escape from Northern weather, it's our chill place, it's our peaceful place. Just can't express how much we love it here. The grounds are immaculate, as is the lazy river.

Kudos to Greg, Frank, and the other Board members who work so hard to keep Falling Waters so perfect. The HOA walks the very fine line of being proactive without being intrusive and cumbersome to the residents. Which is, in my very limited experience, an extremely difficult task.

Our stay here was amazing, all of the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. It was really hard to leave the lazy river pool, it was so relaxing floating around, and before I knew it it was time for dinner
