I had been out of an air conditioner for 2 months and could not afford to get my central unit fixed. So I called Farmers and was told to come in and apply. The 2 ladies that helped me were EXTREMELY helpful and took very good care of me. I wish I could remember the lady that run my credit because she answered all of my questions!!! Even the questions that were not about my new air conditioner. I’m talking about my credit questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Farmers in Brent Al. So professional and made me feel so comfortable! One more thing, these 2 ladies carried my air conditioner to my car for me as well!!! Great customer service.

The store manager Victoria was very helpful! I called 20 minutes before closing and she got me in, seen, and picked out a new set to be delivered the following Monday. The process was easy. Highly recommend

Poor customer service. Waited a week to pick up for new in the box from warehouse, but when I got there to pick up what I was told would be new, they had floor model ( I consider used ) for me to pick up with not even a discount offered or a phone call. Requested a refund on credit card. Manager was very ugly to me and raised her voice several times. She needs to attend a customer service school for training on how to treat customers. Very unhappy and will not return to this store again. Letting all friends in area know my experience.
