Legendary shop in the rum circles, it was great to finally make a stop here on a recent business trip. They've got a lot of single cask bottlings from IBs and OBs that are sold out at many other spots.

Grabbed a Holmes Cay Trinidad and a nice HC Clarendon, along with a smashing of other great stuff.

Staff was talkative and friendly and checked the back stock for me as well.

Left before I spent over $600.

Came In the store a little before 11am to buy a pack of cigarettes.
The lady told me we are not open till 11am.
Waited patiently for like 10 minutes.
Came back and still wasn’t ready for customers.
The lady wasn’t nice at all, made me feel like it’s my fault they are late to open.

Terrible customer service. I came in and asked for a certain whiskey she responded with a very annoyed NO! Than I asked if there are any other whiskey that is good and again with the same annoyed NO! I walked out of there so fast and went to another liquor store. I guess they didn’t want my money. The brunette there need some training on customer service and maybe an attitude adjustment.

This place absolutely REEKS of marijuana EVERY TIME I go in. I don't care if you are doing that but please get better air flow so your customers do not get a contact high when they shop there! I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes! So disgusting.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Michael, you can comment on my review, like you do on all of the one star reviews that you receive, but your staff needs some training. Not only do you employ a staff that doesn’t know anything about liquor, and cannot give advice on anything that you have or don’t have on your shelves, but they treat customers terribly in front of other customers to cover their own inadequacies. Maybe take this review and create something positive from it?

Its a small store but lots of choices. The staff are always very friendly, and its one of the few left that still sell lottery which is a perk... Winning would be a better perk but hey...
