Going into the retail space for Farrell is pretty useless. I've tried several times and it's a huge disappointment. The interior space is nice but it's sterile and no one is there. They didn't bother to make it inviting or comfortable. I don't know who staffs the store, it seems like friends and family or high school kids, because no one that works there knows anything.

They sell local products, eggs, stuff you'd like to support. Try asking whoever is forced to work the counter, they've never tried any of it, they aren't interested.

The last straw was when we made a specific trip to buy bread from the retail space so it hadn't been sitting in plastic like at the grocery store. We ask for sourdough, the kid gives us a random plastic bag with pre-sliced bread. We ask to have him slice a fresh loaf, he says it's fresh. Welp, we don't argue, go home.

At home, it becomes obvious that the bread in question their Italian, not their sourdough.

So, if you want to get poor customer service by employees that know less about Farrell's products than their own customer base, by all means, visit this store. I won't be buying this bread ever again, in store, or out. It's not a family operation, it's a large industrial bread factory with zero care for customers.

Find Farrell's at the Tulsa Farmer's Market too. Staff was helpful and friendly even though it was close to closing time. Was able to purchase the last Peacb Rolls and Honey Challah bread. Will be stopping by the brick and mortar to see what other offerings they have as well.

I have always loved the fantastic bread at Farrell Bread and Bakery. I am jumping for joy now that the cafe has opened. The service is friendly, inviting and professional. The menu is creative and exciting. I had the Blueberry Toast with goat cheese and a cappuccino. My meal was spot-on, fresh and delicious. I can't wait to return.

Bread is ALWAYS fresh. They also have different goodies available when customers come in. Guinness Bread Pudding is so YUM!
I like their chicken salad in the summer and olive muffuletta mixture. Also who doesn't love a rice crispy treat the size of their fist and fresh croissants!

Honestly, I love the vibe of the bakery. It is a few minutes away from me. It smells phenomenal in there. I did buy some sourdough and a scone(husband 😍 loved it) the seller did tell me the bread it two days old. Just had some. I think it’s amazing. Will come on a fresh bake day. I think you guys are doing an amazing job and all the complainers best go take a hike. Business is business you can’t please everybody but I’m super happy. Thank you guys for being open and selling delicious baked goods:) ❤️

A small bakery/shop, selling fresh baked breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies and other goodies. All of the baked goods are prepped one day and baked the following day. The aroma of fresh baked bread greets you when you open the door. The browsing and checkout area is very small, with capacity for 4-5 shoppers maximum. It's well worth braving the small space and short wait.

We were shocked to find Farrell Bakery so empty at lunchtime, but understood after eating our meal…. Sausage roll was hard & awful without flavor, quiche was dry & left cold in the center after warming in their microwave. We were told “no ice machines” for our waters, & machines for a latte were broken. … We purchased some lavender pound cake . Tasted it when we got home….. dry, sugary, without Any lavender flavor. We cannot believe a bakery like this exists in business!…… We don’t know about their breads. Maybe they are good…. We cannot go back !
