Really good prices for everything, from jackets to shoes, etc.. I do wish there were more styles available, though. They tend to have really stylish dresses, however. I think shirt designs could be better but certainly have improved in the last year or so. I come here still because it is a great option.

Horrible customer service im not sure if shes manager or not but her name is hannah horrible so rude and always starring down as if iam going to steal ! Never will go back there again . I also hear how rude she is to her employer as if shes a kid never again i will take my money somewhere else

This is for the Fashion Q in the Inland Center Mall. Horrible customer service. The associates were extremely rude. Their dressing room was out of order so my daughter could not try on dresses to see what fits and their return policy is exchange only. Ridiculous! I asked the unfriendly associate how are we supposed to know what fits if we can’t use the dressing room or buy them and return what doesn’t fit? She just shrugged her shoulders. They also began kicking everyone out 30 minutes before the store even closed! I’ve never had this kind of awful customer service from the other Fashion Qs.

Great prices, great quality, great sizes for all. I enjoy this store alot and I highly recommend it. It's one of my go to shops and I even took my beastie here to show her all the cute clothes they have. I just love this store! 😊

I have been a costumer for this store for over 10 yrs..never did I have such bad costumer service from any of the workers, like I just did this past Sunday Oct 6 but it was from the manager or owner I believe her name was Kate or Jane I just went to the store to buy a few things about 2-3 weeks ago.i bought a few items. One of the items was a knitted cardigan which started to ripe from
one of the sleeves when I noticed I took it off called the store to let them know one of the employees told me that with the receipt I was able to come in for an exchange. Take in note that I live an hr away so I couldnt come in that same say or the day after. I looked for the receipt and called again the next day I told one of the girls that I loved in big bear but that I was coming down the mountain on sunday she left a note for the manager because in order to make an exchange or return their systems only works Monday through Saturday.i came in su nday with receipt and spoke to the manager. I didn't want my money back I wanted the same cardigan even same color. But she said that for an exchange I had to bring back the item with the tag and the same condition I had bought the item for . Who wears clothes with tags I didn't know the clothing was going to be damaged .like I said I've been a costumer for years. The manager was really unhelpful and didn't try to help. I was honest and told her I i

I thought this store was great but it is so often when the manager Jane is confronting the workers where all can see and hear, so unprofessional. Not once have the managers treated the customers with respect. They re-sew their clothes and sell it for original price. Recommend not go here. They dont even deserve a star.
