5+! I called these guys from out of town to get new tries and some brake repairs for my daughter's car, as she had moved to the area recently. They were absolutely super to work with (especially Jesus who I spoke with often on phone). They took care of it in a timely manner and were very personable. Fair prices too.. Great job Fast Lane.

I purchased new tires for my Jeep not too long ago and I absolutely LOVED them. Every time I go get my vehicles serviced, I’m always greeting with a warm welcome. Love their helpful staff and when I have a question regarding parts or other services, they are quick to get ahold of me when they have an answer. Definitely worth the time to get my services done.

I ONLY went to this shop because when I googled alignments in Guymon, this place showed up as having the most experience. I quickly realized it was a newer, different business. I gave them a chance and they ruined my alignment, damaged all 4 of my trucks new aftermarket wheels and when I brought it to their attention,they tried to deny it happened there. I made a deal with shop manager to give me 2 new tires and we'd call it even. When I went it to have them installed, they said they were having trouble balancing one. Told me my wheel was damaged so I ordered another. Then they told me they mustve received a bad tire and to come back and have new one installed when it arrives. So now I have an extra 400 dollar wheel I can't return and I'm almost positive that they balanced the same tire the best they could and installed it. Ive had issues with tire wear and alignment since. I took my truck to alignment yesterday and the mechanic said it was all jacked up and tire is defective and should have never been installed with so many wheel weights. Should have trusted my gut instinct but wanted to give them a shot. Costly Lesson learned. 👎👎

Did a great job on the alignment but i really did not appreciate the way the guy decided to drive my truck soon as he pulled out he stepped on it around their shop then gets on the highway and steps on it i rlly think a refund isnreserved for the way my vehicle was treated

I started using Fast Lane because I had a flat tire. They fixed it quickly. Then when it was time for new tires, Jesus worked with me by looking for a reasonable set that fit my road needs. Since then, I have using them for oil changes too. They are always quick to get me in for tire or oil changes. Highly recommended!

Best Tire & Service in the area! I needed two tires patched and an oil change. They did that AND vacuumed my car, wow! Fast Lane Tires doesn’t have unnecessary extra charges, so my invoice total was lower than Wal-Mart, but with faster and more experienced staff. I’m most impressed with the co-owner/manager who took the time to help me use my extended warranty discounts and helped another customer correctly size and order wheels for his trailer. I got a quote for my next set of tires, and will definitely be back whenever I need them.
