Terrible customer service, I ordered a jacket, the next day the jacket was reduced by 30%, even though the order had not been processed, I was told they couldn’t apply the sale price….i then tried to cancel the order, even though UPS were not in possession of the item, again I was told this wasn’t possible. By far the worst customer service from any online retailer…..and I shop ALOT, will not be shopping here again….dreadful.

Feature provided me with great customer service! I bought a kidsuper suit on sale for my wedding next year. The stitching on the pants design had some minor defects. I reached out to them and they were incredibly accommodating. I asked to swap out the pants, but unfortunately it was the last size in stock. They offered me a full refund with free shipping. I still plan on wearing the suit. I'm going to find someone local to fix the stitching fixed, but because I didn't want the full refund, they gave me a 15% refund for my troubles. I was very pleased with my service and will continue to support their business! 10/10 experience and they have great deals!

These employees need a refresher on how to be more welcoming. You have a white male along with blonde female and short female, employees, who clearly don’t have manners or a face for customer service. They will judge you based off how you look or your opinion of things in the store. They don’t hide their face of jealousy and hate. Immature and toxic work environment is what it looks like to me DO BETTER KIDS. Gossiping and clearly talking about customers while they are around. What kind of people is this place hiring?
