Used to like this place but now every time I show up no matter the day or time they have the doors locked. Lights on but doors locked. No sign or anything. Today was the third day I tried with no success. Called the phone number on google and no answer. I guess they are appearing to be open but actually closed. Will find a new spot now.

I used to shop here a lot but I've had a few negative experiences with the manager being rude unwilling to work with me, and it's happened on multiple occasions where I stop by to purchase something in the afternoon but the store is locked and there is nobody there. It's ridiculous how often it happens. I have since started going to the other feel good smoke shop near the Racetrack gas station a few minutes away

I love this smoke shop and it’s more convenient to go to this one on my way home from work than another one. Only suggestion would be to stock up on tips. You have filters but those need to be rolled up. I like the ones from raw that come in a tin of 100. Get something like that cause I’m still having to go to another shop just for those great shop and staff though 🙂

I recently visited this vape shop, and I was incredibly disappointed. The selection was limited, with hardly any options to choose from. I purchased a vape, but when I tried it there, it tasted burnt. I approached the staff, hoping to exchange it for the same model, but the guy behind the counter said he couldn’t help because it "looked like it was working."

When I asked to speak to a manager, he flat-out refused and claimed he couldn't contact anyone. It was frustrating to feel ignored and have my concerns dismissed. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and customer service.

So I got a cart from here and didn’t open it in the store because I was on a hurry, I got home and opened it and this is what I get, I get that it’s missing a bit only but I expect it to be full, customer service was great but the product idk, it just looks used, like why is it missing that much?

Came in looking for a handheld blowtorch, Gracie was attending the store and was able to attend me in my purchase. She was very informative and very helpful. I would 100% continue to shop here as I am a new resident to Cutler Bay.
