Very well stocked! They had everything on my list and the prices were on point with my budget. Joanna was friendly and helpful; and I was impressed by her knowledge of the products. Definitely worth a visit next time you're in Ashland, OR

We stopped by to get some kratom and vape juice and the chick that was there was so friendly, helpful and bright. Had a huge smile the entire time. Was a wonderful pit stop & litterally put us in a great mood the rest of the drive to the hotel in weed ca. She deserves a raise for sure.

This is a local women owed business and has a beautiful selection of glass plus some new edition semi precious stone pipes from a local artist. An absolute must see. A+ Customer service and a lovely atmosphere.

So I entered this shop not really expecting much, I mean there’s a lot of glass shops around, right? WRONG! This shop is above and beyond, I stepped inside only having a vague idea of what I wanted. Lucky for me, this knowledgeable silver haired beauty was there to help me find exactly what I wanted. I am definitely impressed, not only by their selection, but also their superb customer service. A+. Only shop in town for me.

Went there tagging along with a friend. Quaint local shop with wonderfully helpful staff. Great selection of glass, wood, and silicone pipes. Good selection of 0.1g and 0.01g scales. Great selection of torches also. If I needed anything along these lines, despite living in Medford, I might just head to Ashland to patronize this locally owned shop.

decided to switch up from disposable vapes and get a novox device. After opening the box, charging the device and letting the pod prime up I go and use the device but it had no flavor to it. I decided to wait a little to see if coil needed more time but it still had no flavor. I went back to the store later that day to see what can be done. The manager there was so nice and understating. She gave me a different juice and a new pod. I went back to my car and waited a bit to use it again. Same issue….no flavor. I debated going back in or not because I felt bad about complaining but I didn’t want to waste my money. The manager tasted it herself and came to the conclusion it was the device. We switched out the device for a different one and it works great. I was fully ready to pay for a brand new device because I know that vape shops usually have no return policies on opened products. This isn’t to say they will be able to do this for everyone because polices like that are put into place because of people trying to scam a store. I am confident to say after going to this shop for a year, they will do everything they can to make it right based on the situation. I’m glad there is a place here in Ashland with awesome and understanding employees.

I highly recommend this shop for their products, prices, knowledgeable staff, and most of all their high quality kratom! Great atmosphere and vibe as well! If you’re looking for very decent kratom and reasonable prices, this is the place to go! So glad to have stopped in on my visit!
