Busy on day 2 but the staff handled it very well, were very courteous and handled each and every situation with care and diligence. Fries were like a baked potato in the middle, and crunchy outside. Burgers cooked to perfection, shakes perfect. Reminds me of my days working at the VA Five Guys years ago. Thank you guys, keep doing great!

Very pricey, especially the fries 8.00 for a reg fry alone...no combo meals here. Burgure was real good. Comes to about 25.00 for a bacon cheese, reg fries and a drink all sold seprately. Ill come back for just a burger..12.00 alone. Thats it.

My first time having 5 guys, take out. The fries arrived hot, however, I ordered a BLT (Strips of crispy apple-wood smoked bacon) is what is advertised on the menu, and the bacon was a hot mess. It was cold and nothing but crumbles and tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill with dirty oil. I doubt it was apple-wood smoked either. So disgusting. First and last time for Five Guys.

You want a burger thats not almost 15 bucks? Go to McDonald's. I can buy a double quarter pounder meal TWICE and still be under the price i paid for me and my girlfriends meal wish i could give it 0 stars. Well done burgers? Nah this shit was still singing ei ei oh and 31 dollars for 2 cheese burgers and a fry? I'm working for less than a liveable wage only to see that the fries were cold and the burgers were WAY underdone never EVER again I want a refund. These guys between the price and overall food wont last 2 years.

This is my third time eating at this five guys. The first 2x times, it was a to go meal. It was cold and flavorless. I chalked it up to it being a "To go" meal. Today, we went in person. It was crowded inside, so we sat outside. We ordered 4 burgers with bacon and one without cheese. They gave us all burgers that were slightly warm...toasted (hard edges) stale buns on all burgers. My daughter's hotdogs look disgusting and burnt. My son got cheese on his burger when we said no cheese. We spent $90 on a family of 5 for stale burgers that were not even hot. We ate it anyway cause we waited a long time for it and we were starving. My son couldn't finish his cause it made his stomache hurt, and he didn't like it. They gave us $10 off for forgetting the bacon on all burgers. I am not returning here ever again. So sad cause Five Guys in Ohio was one of the best burgers I ever had. Always steaming hot and fresh. I'm willing to pay for overpriced burgers if the taste is worth it. Save yourself the money and go to Burger King or Wendys..at least you'll get a hot burger

Placed an order at 2:36pm.
Store cancelled my order over 2 hours later 5:03pm without any explanation.
Manager was unapologetic, and said he can put the order back in but it will probably happen again.
Asked for the manager’s name that I was speaking to and he refused to provide it to me.
I asked a second time after explaining what proof do I even have that I am speaking to a manager right now and he told me he would hang up on me if I asked him for his name a third time.
I asked him, and he hung up on me.
Appalling service and whoever the person I spoke to on the phone claiming to be the manager working at the Five Guys Lecanto location on Sunday, March 23, 2025 between 2:36pm and when I called at 5:04pm he deserves to be terminated.
Do better by your customers by training your staff properly.

My order could’ve been cancelled hours before without disrupting dinner plans. Inexcusable and after speaking to Mr. “I don’t have a first name” I will never be a patron of this brand again at this or any other location.

I know a lot of people say they spent 40.00 plus for 2 people, but that wasn't my experience. We got a little bacon cheeseburger and a single patty burger, with a small fry. Bill came to 22.86. The fries were excellent and the burgers were very good and w see were but satisfied when we left. We'll definitely be back.

Alex one of the managers-for a reason by the way! Was not only above and beyond, but tentative while also teaching his team members and working himself. Greeting all guest that walked in, interacting with the kids giving them time to order their own food and double checking they like what they got, also was polite, mannered; all around what is expected out of a manager! Food is always fantastic, hot and accommodated! I just wanted Alex and his staff to have the proper recognition 😊 thankyou for a great meal after my hard day of work!
