Made an appointment for a foot scan to measure insoles at the urging of my physician. I was seen promptly and the host (I can't call her a sales rep - she was much more than that!) took the time to explain the scan and quickly diagnose what would work best for me. She gave me several options and allowed me to try 4 different insoles to ensure I would get the best ones for my needs. Fleet Feet lives up to their reputation for high quality and superior service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Sarah (or maybe Sara) spent a long time working with me and was extremely patient while I tried on many different shoes and inserts to help me decrease my foot pain and chance of further injury. She actively listened to my concerns and provided, what I feel, is a solid solution to help me run marathons again. Purchased a pair of New Balance 860 shoes, a pair of inserts, and several pairs of socks

Excellent service and very professional. These people know and understand the foot/shoe business. They don’t try to oversell you and are very courteous. I would definitely recommend buying shoes from them. You might be able to find them a little cheaper somewhere else but these guys know what will fit you And won’t try to get you to buy just anything.

Went over the weekend with an appointment to get fitted with shoes. From other people I heard that they take care of you and find the right fit. Employee only brought out 3 shoes saying that's all they have for the shape of my foot, didn't even bother to do the scan that they claim to do. I asked about insoles because of heel pain and got the response that the ones on the shoe should be good enough. I ended leaving with the shoes but on the drive home the more I thought about it I was very disappointed with the service we received. I also, like Angelia who left a comment 4 months hope is not because of the color of our skin. I ended returning the shoes the next day. Don't want to give my money to a place that does not want to take their time in helping when clearly they do it for other people.
