Great staff, great selection. Tim, Carol are both knowledgeable of there products. What they didn't know they found out for me. There were ALS insisting I take samples home because colors change under different lighting. These guys want you to be happy, are not commission driven. Great experience.

I had an “interesting” experience with FTG in Jackson.
Now with any review, remember this was my experience, and I’m just being honest, this doesn’t mean you’ll get same interactions.
First and foremost, I recommend this business.
Second, I know my job was unique and out of the way for them, but they did step up and helped me when needed.
My trouble was with the first installer, let’s just say he lacked a “professional decorum”. Most of the flooring was properly installed, but we had some poor workmanship, but here’s what really impressed me. The owner sent out another installer, verified the work was not satisfactory, and they replaced the material and returned with it done properly. Not all jobs are perfect, but a good business doesn’t use excuses, they step up and do the right thing, and the owner and my salesman made sure we were happy, and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service here.

We had a great experience working with these folks. Tim was very professional and provided guidance that paralleled our needs. Jim and George did a fantastic job with the installation. They addressed all issued they encountered in a professional way, kept us in the loop on what was going on, fixed the problems in the appropriate manner and completed the job ahead of schedule.

We stopped here to look at bathroom flooring and were helped by Gordon, an experienced floor installer. He showed us various flooring options and also gave us some helpful installation tips.
They don't carry a massive inventory but Gordon said they have frequent drop-off's so it would only be a few days to get our order in. Later in the day I saw a similar product for slightly more per sq ft at the big box store. I like to support small businesses when possible and will update after we receive the order.
