Kenny & the team at Floors To Go were fantastic! They always responded promptly to my calls and emails. They have a wide selection of reasonably priced flooring so it's easy and convenient to order from them and have them do the install as well. The job was done quickly and didn't break the bank. Workmanship was also top notch!

Unfortunately I had to reduce this review until the job is completed.

The installers left stains and cement mix that has stained our driveway.

I have sent over 11 emails and text requesting it to be removed-repaired and or replaced.

This doesn’t not fall under Philip but under the installers and subs of Floors to Go.

I do not like leaving 1 star reviews- especially for a beautiful floor, but the job isn’t done until the job is done.

Please have your crew fix the driveway.

Philip and the team did an amazing job taking care of us. We had multiple layers under the tile, so it was shocking to the demo team, but change orders happen folks! It is part of construction. The end result of the work, is a beautiful floor. I came home to find two full boxes of tiles as well. So they in the end exceeded my expectations.

What a great experience working with Floors to Go. We had to have the molding replaced around the carpet and they were patient, understanding and knew exactly how to get the job done quickly. *UPCHARGED* at every turn. I had very nice tiling installed in my entire condo. As with every job of this caliber, everything is paid upfront so there was no doubt to the cost.
1) The first up charge came when they charged me an extra $500 to move my furniture from room to room to install the flooring.
2) Second up charge came after the floors were installed but all my doors inside my house needed to be cut 1/2” off each bottom to make up for the tile height. Charged $100 per door for a total of $800.
3) The third charge was from my electric company for over $500. My normal electric bill is roughly $100/month with my a/c running at 75 degrees 24 hours a day. I was not living in this condo at the time of the renovations, I was recovering from a back surgery for a month. The installers ran the a/c at 65 degrees while the doors and windows were open. I was unable to check the worksite due to my recovery. Philip from Doors To Go should’ve checked my apartment condo after the work crew was done and he did not. My a/c ran at 65 degrees with a window open for the remainder of a month until I could visit the condo.

A few tiles needed adjustments. I contacted Philip a few times with no return calls, so I hired a flooring guy to do the minor repairs for $200.

$1900 in upcharges on top of our agreed tile and installation quote which was prepaid.

I just had Floors To Go install my gorgeous new floors in my new condo and I could not be happier! Philip was so helpful and patient with me as I am a very indecisive and picky person. The selection of tiles was impressive and the installation was fantastic. The guys were very meticulous and organized, they did a such wonderful job. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this company to family and friends.
