They were amazing - beautiful sympathy flowers for my friend! So glad I went direct to them instead of 800-flowers or a similar online place - I always get disappointed by online shops, bc their arrangements never live up to what they promise. Called on Saturday, the day of prom, to see if they could make a “emergency” corsage and small bouquet the same day. They had it made in 1.5hrs, it was gorgeous and affordable. So grateful for this florist shop! They definitely helped make prom pictures for our daughter a success. Thank you so much Flower Emporium!

I needed a wrapped bouquet for a work project and decided to call this shop last minute. I didn't have a big budget but needed something to work with. I explained what I was needing them for and the owner asked me a few questions such as my favorite color and favorite greens. When I picked up the bouquet, they were much better than what I was expecting. The flowers were fresh, unique and exactly what I wanted, especially with not much info to go on from me.

I placed an order for an arrangement today which apparently had a seasonal spring flower which was unavailable in October. I received a phone call within a short time advising me of the situation.
Understanding the seasonal issue at hand I asked the lady to whom I was speaking if she could come up with a comparable piece, my daughter's and son-in-laws first child, to which she responded yes. BAR NONE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 100%+!!! I reside in Indiana and my daughter and son-in-law reside in Choctaw, OK. The completed piece was beyond my expectation and my daughters. I advised my daughter of my experience and satisfaction and she too agreed the customer service was a step above and beyond in today's brick and mortar environment. I hope this post brings others the satisfaction that I enjoyed by doing business with FLOWER EMPORIUM!!!

I sent flowers to a friends funeral. The arrangement was so beautiful along with the freshness of the flowers.
Another friend of mine sent a totally different choice of arrangement (from Flower Emporium) to same funeral and she said she was so happy with how beautiful that arrangement was.

I will say that I originally posted a bad review of this vendor. They were moving and my flowers did not get delivered on the right day. However, they immediately made it right by going above and beyond to get the flowers there with a handwritten note apologizing for the delay. I would definitely order from the Flower Emporium again. They went above and beyond to deliver!
